Everything that you spelled out here is exactly why we are actively looking for our next home abroad to move in the next few years. I am tired of being a part of, and contributing to a culture that doesn't care about anything but themselves. It's demoralizing to live and work in.

I know that leaving won't fix it, but I'm tired of screaming into the abyss without anything changing, and I don't want to be here for the next disaster.
