If not going into the office is affecting your sex life, you probably have some relationship issues to deal with.

Even though I now live in my comfy clothes, I've never spent so much time at the gym, eating meals with my partner, being able to go out after work to do fun things during the week together because we don't both have commutes etc.

Before, there was no time for any of that. We both woke up without each other, at breakfast alone or skipped it all-together, commuted without each other, at lunches separately, and saw each other at around 7 each night to make food, and sit in front of the TV exhausted to do it all over again.

Weekends were filled with chores (because we didn't have time to do them during the week) and MAYBE something fun.

We would go MONTHS without sex, understandably. There was no together time, no bonding, no fun during the week. Just exhaustion. All of our best time went to the office and to our coworkers.

Now, we've never been closer. We're "together" once a week now with plenty of other quality time in between.

Working from home is amazing for couples that actually like each other. And honestly, you're probably far less likely to cheat with your coworkers now too if I had to guess.
